Hi there! I’m Erla, founder of Figures, where we mix financial expertise with executive coaching to fuel business innovation. I started Figures because I firmly believe that businesses—and the people behind them—deserve a little extra help to grow, thrive, and handle all those curveballs life throws their way (and trust me, there are plenty).

With over a decade spent navigating the financial world in fast-paced companies like Supercell and CCP Games, I’ve sharpened my ability to turn complicated numbers into something much more exciting: clear strategies that help businesses grow. I’ve had the pleasure of building systems that not only make sense of data but also drive meaningful results, like helping boost revenue on a significant scale. Financial storytelling is kind of my thing!

But it’s not just about the numbers. I’m passionate about people, too. I use executive coaching to help leaders find their focus, strengthen their resilience, and, well, just be the best version of themselves—whether they’re making tough decisions or steering their business through unpredictable markets.

I’ve worked in a variety of industries and lived in some pretty interesting places—Finland, Argentina, Denmark, and Iceland, to name a few. This has given me a broad, global perspective, and taught me a thing or two about adapting to different environments (and weather, but that’s a whole other story).

At Figures, my goal is to provide clients with a tailored, down-to-earth approach that combines both financial savvy and a genuine passion for seeing people succeed.
